- Review and discuss current floor plans and expectations of proposed space
- Provide space planning solutions based on on-site measurements
- Presentation will include CAD drawings complete with 2 and 3 dimensional views
- Assist with selection of fabrics, colors, and laminates as requested
- Develop timeline & checklist ensuring project is complete by your target date.
- Determine whether you should utilize new or refurbished products for your project
Installation/Inventory Management
- Installations are handled by an experienced staff adhering to manufacturer standards

Project Management
- Responsible for managing the entire process from delivery to install
- Ensure all products are received and in good condition before and after install
- Ensure electrical and cabling inputs/outputs are in working order
- Facilitate Installation Orientation recapping manufacturers’ standards and specifications
- Facilitate on-site project review & punch list to address and resolve any issues
- All appropriate documents presented at completion of project
